The house
A restored Mediterranean finca, kept simple on purpose
Thick stone walls, cool tiled floors and shutters that stay closed through the middle of the day. Rooms are unfussy and generous, the outdoor space does most of the work, and there is always somewhere shaded to sit alone.
The finca is only ever let to one group at a time, so the pool, the kitchen, the courtyard and the quiet are yours for the whole stay.

Opening directly onto the arcaded courtyard, a few steps from the pool and the long breakfast table.
Garden Rooms

The quietest corner of the finca, with olive trees at the window and space for an extra bed or cot.
Rooms are allocated with you before arrival — twins, kings and extra beds can be arranged depending on how your group is travelling.

The long pool
Twenty metres of water framed by loungers, parasols and thatched shade for the hottest part of the day.
Indoor lounge
Deep sofas, a log fire for cooler months and room for the whole house to gather after dinner.

Coffee on the breakfast terrace as the valley wakes up, then yoga by the pool or a ride out towards Bernia.
Afternoon
Long lunch, the pool, a walk into Xaló for the market or a tasting at the village bodega.
Evening
Local wine on the terrace, one table for everyone and the mountains turning terracotta at dusk.

Weekly exclusive use
Saturday to Saturday through high season, with the whole property, pool and grounds reserved for your group alone.
Shorter stays
Three- and four-night stays are possible in the shoulder seasons — useful for team offsites, cycling weeks and smaller retreats.
